NovaStar Taurus TB30 Multimedia Player

The NovaStar Taurus TB30 is an LED multimedia player for full-color LED displays allowing users to publish content and control LED displays from anywhere, anytime with a remote or local computer, mobile phone or tablet or even any other Internet-connected devices using cloud-based monitoring and publishing platform. 

The Taurus TB30 can load up to 650,000 pixels due to its powerful performance characteristics such as Quad-core ARM A55 processor @1.8 GHz, 1 GB of onboard RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, and H.264/H.265 4K video decoding at 60Hz. It ensures optimum performance in demanding ambient conditions from -20°C through +60°C. 

The wall-mount TB30 can operate with a universal 100-240VAC input and consumes 18W of power. It has two sensor connectors in the input (for light/ temperature or humidity sensing), and provides two gigabit Ethernet ports configurable as primary/backup pairs, a stereo audio connector, three antenna connectors (WIFI, 4G, GPS), and a SIM card slot. 

The TB30 advanced functionalities like All-round control plans for content publishing, screen control, and monitoring Wi-Fi AP and Wi-Fi STA switching modes. 

This device has a backup Ethernet port for improved transmission dependability and steady performance. Additionally, the network redundancy feature enables a reliable network connection across Wi-Fi STA, 4G network (optional), and wired network.  

It also supports the 4G modules, and synchronous playback across multiple screens via NTP time synchronization (GPS time synchronization will be available when the 4G module is installed). The TB30 will be shipped without any cellular module, if required, users can purchase a 4G module separately.

The Taurus TB30 has a USB 3.0 Type-A for playback of content imported, and a Gigabit Ethernet port for controlling computer or network connection while operating on Android 11, supporting NovaStar Android terminal applications, and FPGA program.
