Colorlight A100 Multimedia Player

The A100 is a new-generation cloud network multimedia player launched by Colorlight © for full-color LED displays and digital signage environments. It is a formidable choice as a high-performing, reliable digital signage player, especially where continuous operation is critical. 

Performance 

The small size Colorlight A100 is designed to provide high performance and exceptional processing power with a maximum loading capacity of 1.3 million pixels, supporting 4K H.265/H.264 hardware video decoding and 4K VP9 decoding playback ensuring the content is displayed with clarity and impact. 

Storage 

While 32GB of its storage is adequate for videos, photos and applications, it offers expandable storage with a USB 3.0 for additional storage solutions and also can be utilized to plug and play content and update the list of programs. Additionally, the option for cloud storage integration offers extra flexibility for content management. 

Connection 

Such a comprehensive suite of connectivity options ensures seamless integration into diverse digital signage networks. To name some; the A100 operates on the 2.4GHz frequency band for Wi-Fi connectivity for both Wi-Fi hotspot mode or Wi-Fi client mode (Wi-Fi AP / Wi-Fi STA), LAN connectivity supports both DHCP and static mode, providing flexibility in network configurations, optional 4G communication capability expands connectivity possibilities, and GPS positioning is available as an optional feature. 

Operation 

The A100 player is perfect for those who prefer an Android-based platform for their signage needs. The colorlight platform supports a wide range of application software tailored for specific management needs, including Playmaster, LEDVISION, colorlight-cloud (web-based), LED assistant (Android / iOS platform), and LED upgrade (FPGA), guaranties a seamless user experience in diverse scenarios. While powered on by DC 12V (12W) input voltage, It also ensures optimum performance in demanding ambient conditions from -20°C through +65°C. 

Management and Publishing 

Based on the Colorlight cloud platform, fantastic functions such as player monitoring, program creating, scheduling, centralized publishing, and multi-level privilege management are all supported. It also supports multi-page playback with up to 32 program pages, splitting and overlaying, and freely adjusting multiple windows' sizes and locations. 

The A100 offers local and cloud display management for program editing and publishing, and program multi window arbitrary arrangement with playmaster software that allows program materials playback.  

Control 

The A100 provides an all-round control scheme to manage the player conveniently via remote computers, and user terminal Internet-connected devices, including smartphones, and tablets. It also supports synchronous and asynchronous playback across multiple screens via NTP time synchronization, scheduled commands, and LAN and Internet-based scheduling. 

The A100 features a remote control that offers comprehensive features, including program selection, brightness and volume adjustments, seamless content transitions via synchronous and asynchronous switching, and an on-screen display (OSD) for real-time status information about the current playback box. 

Sensing 

Thanks to the two sensor ports it monitors temperature, humidity, smoke, air quality and light, leading to automatic display brightness adjustment feature for optimal and more energy saving viewing experiences.  

I/O Ports

In addition to the two Ethernet ports that provide high transmission reliability and stable performance, it contains an HDMI out port supporting up to 1920*1200@60Hz, HDMI in port (sync input signals), multiple USB ports (Type A and Type B), and RJ11 sensor ports ensuring easy integration into various signage setups. 

Furthermore, it features a 3.5mm audio interface and two Wi-Fi and 4G (optional) antenna connectors, offering enhanced connectivity options and greater flexibility for diverse multimedia applications
